Getting started
How does lullaloop work?
You tell us about your little one (their name, a few favourite things, and a short voice recording) and we craft personalized songs with their name woven into every line. No account is needed: just follow the steps, choose a package, and pay securely.
How long until I receive my songs?
Your songs are delivered by email within 2-3 business days. For the gift box package, the USB stick and box are shipped to your address once the songs are ready.
Your voice recording
Why do you need a voice recording?
So we pronounce your baby's name correctly in every song. Hearing it said aloud lets us capture the exact pronunciation. A short clip is all we need.
Can I re-record it, and what happens to it?
Yes, you can re-record as many times as you like before submitting. Your recording is stored securely and used only to create your songs. See our privacy policy for details.
Packages & payment
What's the difference between the packages?
3 songs is our starter (digital, by email). 5 songs is our most popular. The special gift box adds a birthday track plus your songs on a USB stick, delivered to your door in a gift box.
How do I use a promo code, and is payment secure?
Enter your promo code on the secure checkout page and the discount is applied before you pay. Payments are handled by Stripe, and we never see or store your card details.
After your purchase
Where do my songs arrive, and can I share them?
We email you a private link to your songs as soon as they're ready. From there you can listen, download, and share the link with family.
What's in the gift box package?
Five personalized songs plus a bonus birthday track, delivered digitally and on a USB stick inside a gift box that ships to your address, ready to give.
Troubleshooting
I didn't receive my confirmation email. What now?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If it's still missing after a few minutes, get in touch with your order details and we'll sort it out.
I entered the wrong details on my order
No problem, contact us as soon as you can with the correct information. As long as your songs haven't been produced yet, we can update them.
