1. Overview

lullaloop allows you to order customized songs by submitting personal details and preferences.

You must be 18+ to use the service and agree to provide accurate information.

We offer song bundles and optional physical gifts.

All prices include VAT. Payment is required before order fulfillment.

Digital products via email; physical products via tracked courier. Delays or undelivered orders due to input errors aren't our responsibility.

You receive a personal, non-commercial license. Resale is prohibited.

You agree to submit only original or non-copyrighted content.

Refunds only apply in case of non-delivery or errors caused by us.

We may update these Terms. Continued use = acceptance of updates.

We are not liable for indirect damages or misuse of content.

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Jurisdiction: Como, Italy.
